Coaching Packages
Often, it’s not possible to transform overnight. Packages are designed for lasting change through consistency and multiple touch points. Each includes regular 1:1 sessions plus check-ins and resources tailored to your goals.
2-Month Package
8 weekly sessions (60 minutes each)
$1,200 total (saves $200 compared to single sessions)
6-Month Package
24 weekly sessions (60 minutes each)
$3,300 total (saves $900 compared to single sessions)
