Everyday Awakening
A spiritual integration group.
Living awake in ordinary life.
Awakening doesn’t remove difficulty, emotion, or uncertainty.
It changes how we relate to them.
Everyday Awakening is a remote group for people who have touched something deeper - and are now learning how to live from that awareness in the middle of real life.
Not in a cave.
Not in a spiritual identity.
But in work, relationships, parenting, creativity, and the everyday messiness of being human.
What is this group?
Everyday Awakening is an ongoing, facilitated group space for integration, inquiry, and connection.
Together, we explore:
How to embody awareness in daily life - not just in quiet moments
How intuition and subtle perception can be honored without losing grounding
How to meet fear and old patterns without trying to “fix” or bypass them
How awakening reshapes identity, purpose, and relationship
This isn’t about reaching a special state or maintaining constant presence.
It’s about learning how to live honestly from what you already know—even when it’s imperfect.
Many people awaken, feel great for a while - then lost again.
Old frameworks fall away.
Language stops fitting.
And there are few places to talk honestly about what’s unfolding without being pathologized or spiritualized.
Everyday Awakening exists to support the living of awakening, not just the experience of it.
Integration happens in relationship.
Why Everyday Awakening matters.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You’re learning how to live as who you already are—more honestly, more awake, and more at home in your life.
