A MEN’S GROUP IN THE BOULDER, CO AREA

High Altitude Men’s Group

A space to slow down, check in, and talk honestly about what’s happening in your life.

What is the High Altitude Men’s Group?

We’re an in-person group for men who want a place to speak openly, be heard and support each other.

One of the greatest benefits of men’s group is the freedom to show up authentically and to witness others do the same. It’s a place where men choose to be vulnerable because they feel safe to do so.

There’s no pressure to get things “right” or prove yourself. Your responsibility as a participant is to treat others with respect, including yourself.

Why a Men’s Group?

Most men don’t have a place where they can:

  • Speak without being interrupted

  • Say things they wouldn’t say at work or at home

  • Be quiet without it being awkward

  • Listen without having to solve anything

Over time, that kind of space has a way of making life feel more manageable.

Our commitment to you.

  • Uncover the beliefs and mental stories that hold you back

  • Learn to connect genuinely and foster real relationships, in and outside the group

  • A chance to understand the patterns that quietly shape your relationships and reactions

  • Learn how to stay present with uncomfortable emotions instead of avoiding them

  • Develop a clearer relationship to your values and how you live them

  • Rediscover the ease and joy already present in your life

  • If you’re looking for a grounded men’s group in the Boulder area — one that’s not therapy, not a self-help program, and not a performance — this may be a good fit. If you’re unsure, the best next step is a brief conversation to see if it feels aligned.
